Double Trouble

Sandy and I were discussing the boys' personality differences the other day.

We agreed that Colin will be a sneaky one, trying to get away with things using his charming smile, dimples, and sparkly dark blue eyes.

He's smart but doesn't always let on that he is. And then one day he builds a cube out of tinker toys and the next day a rectangular prism. And nobody showed him how.

And Ben? He's a bull in a china shop. He'll let everyone to know he's here and he'll stand up for himself, thankyouverymuch. And if you take something away from him, he'll probably sit on you until you give it back. Sandy has to put him in Baby Jail after the toys are put away because if she doesn't, Ben will take them all out again. Not because he wants to play with them, but just to make a mess. He does the same thing at home with kitchen things he finds in the cupboards and leaves strewn about the floor, leaving me to navigate trecherous linoleum while making dinner.
